CBS Student residence

The CBS has various accommodation possibilities close to the campus for first semester students. In particular, a building 3.5 km from the university which has been freshly renovated is equipped exclusively and has several storeys and is similar to a classical hall of residence, providing the opportunity to settle down in Cologne, to get to know other students in relaxed surroundings and to look for appropriate accommodation for the following semesters in peace and quiet.

The four-storey building is on Bonner Straße, a lively road with numerous supermarkets, snack bars, pubs and restaurants, a large post office, tennis courts and several fitness studios. The bus stop is directly next to the building, the journey to the university takes almost ten minutes, followed by a ten minute walk there. There are also connections to other public transport and various motorways.

All living areas in the building have stone floors and are equipped with underfloor heating or cooling. There is a large kitchen, a common room with TV, a toilet and access to the garden with a large patio on the ground floor. There are two washing machines and a drier in the basement. Each storey with living areas has two bathrooms and a separate toilet. All the rooms are equipped with a bed, a duvet and a pillow (if needed, bed linen can be provided with costs), a wardrobe, a table, a chair, a small furniture safe and LAN. The monthly rent includes all additional costs such as electricity, hot water, heating and the provision of the Internet connection.
